Prayer for September 20th’ 2022
Good Tuesday morning, God —thank you!
I am convicted by what I cannot see because I have faith in you and your Word. By faith, I understand that this universe was made by what you spoke into it. Therefore, what I see is not made out of what is visible. Faith is “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faithful and true —that is you!! Thank you, Father, for this beautiful creation, life, and the air I breathe. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.
