Prayer for September 25th, 2026
Good morning, God, —thank you!
You are sovereign, all-powerful, and victorious over all. When battles I face feel overwhelming, help me to lift my eyes off the chaos and fix them firmly on you. I do not have to fight for victory, because Jesus already said, “It is finished” on the cross. You gave/give us salvation through him. I lay down my anxiety, striving, and fear, and stand strong in the armor you have provided. The war is already won. Enforce your peace, healing, and deliverance in my mind, body, and situations. I walk forward in quiet confidence in your completed work, praising you in advance for the triumph already settled in heaven through Jesus. Hallelujah! Amen.

17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
