Prayer for May 8th, 2026
Good day, God—thank you!
I love you and am grateful that I serve a God who is faithful and unchanging. You always keep your promises. You are merciful and trustworthy. Thank you for redeeming us believers, and for fulfilling all of your covenants. I trust in your Word and rest in the knowledge that you are a promise keeper through Jesus. “Promises made. Promises kept.” Hallelujah! Amen.
21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
14 And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.
20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
