Prayer for June 1st, 2026
HaPpy Monday, God —thank you! 🙌🏻
You set your rainbow in the clouds, a sign of the covenant between you and the earth. When you bring clouds over the earth, and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember it is your covenant between you and me and every living creature, and know the waters will never again become a flood. I will remember the everlasting covenant between you and all living beings on the earth. Thank you, Father, for the beautiful, colorful rainbow seen in the sky. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.

- Green: Represents life, vitality, and restoration. As the color of vegetation, it often signifies eternal life, prosperity, and new beginnings (e.g., Psalm 52:8, Psalm 92:14).
- Black: Frequently symbolizes darkness, sin, famine, death, and God’s judgment. It is the opposite of white and is sometimes used to denote calamity or mourning (e.g., Lamentations 4:8, Revelation 6:5).
- Symbolic Materials
- Bronze: Stands for strength, endurance, and judgment. It is heavily used in the Tabernacle for elements like the altar and wash basins, representing the testing and purifying nature of God (e.g., Exodus 30:18, Revelation 1:15).
- Silver: Represents redemption, the purity of God’s Word, and spiritual refining (e.g., Psalm 12:6).”
