Prayer for July 25th, 2025
Good Friday morning, God —thank you!!
Water is frequently used as a metaphor for your Word, and its cleansing or purifying power washes and sanctifies believers. Rivers of living water flow from us believers, symbolizing the life-giving power of your Word. You are amazing, God! Hallelujah!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
