Prayer for July 16th, 2025
Good day, God —thank you!!
Unlike Jesus, when I am oppressed, afflicted, or tired, it is hard for me to keep my mouth shut, remain silent, and be submissive. But, like Jesus, Holy Spirit, please help me be willing to suffer, and stay obedient to you and your will. Open my mouth, not. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
