Prayer for April 22nd, 2025
Good morning, God —thank you!!
I pray a spirit of repentance comes over all evil people. May they repent and humble themselves before you. Even amid your judgment on them, please have mercy on their souls. “Forgive them; for they know not what they do.” And thank you for fighting for me —for all of us who love you! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
9 Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.
5 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.
47 And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.
48 But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?
28 A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
4 Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.
