Prayer for December 7th, 2024
Good Saturday morning, God —thank you!!
The best things are the nearest to us believers, especially your Spirit (the Holy Spirit) who dwells in us: the love you’ve instilled in our hearts, breath in our nostrils, light and site in our eyes, with your path right before us as you guide us all. Father, please let me follow in the way that I should go. Do not let me stray away from you!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
12 The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them.
2 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
20 The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the Lord, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen.
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
John 14:6
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
