Prayer for September 1st, 2024
Good morning, God —thank you for the beginning of a new month!!
Thank you for everything! —for air, warmth, nourishment, clothing, comfort, good health, and long life: for the joy, hope, and peace in Jesus and protecting my family and me. For your love. For giving us all salvation! May everyone turn to you and fall to their knees in surrender. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the Lord your God.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
136O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
