Prayer for July 24th, 2024
Good morning, God —thank you for another day!!
Light up the path before me as I abide by your Word (the Holy Bible), which is good for reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness. Let me count it all joy when I meet trials of various kinds because testing my faith produces steadfastness in full effect, as I am sanctified, perfect, and complete, lacking nothing. You left us believers your peace, not as the world gives but as you have given. Therefore, let my heart not be troubled or afraid because you are with me and your hope and joy. Hallelujah!! Amen.
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
28 For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
