Prayer for April 1st, 2024
Good Monday morning, God —thank you!!
Your Word (the Holy Bible) reminds me not to worry about my life or things of tomorrow. Please forgive me for sometimes lacking confidence in you, your guidance, and your ability to turn bad things into good. Let me seek you first and leave things I cannot change to you. Pursue you every minute and take one day at a time. You are faithful to me even when I am not trusting in you. Thank you, Father! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
