Good Tuesday morning, God —thank you!!
Your children exude fruitfulness (“love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith”). They are known by their fruit: We can distinguish between false and genuine people by what they say and do. They stand out and shine! Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, but whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil. No one born of you sins on purpose without great discernment. Therefore, Father, let me bear good fruit. Everything I do, I desire to do for your glory! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
