Prayer for September 26th’ 2022
Good morning, God —thank you! 😊
You are full of mercy and compassion —slow to anger and full of love, even loving imperfect people. ❤
I aspire to live in peace and mind my business; no one else’s matters, just mine. So —live quietly —the way you instruct me. That is maturity. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
13 And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
14 Let all your things be done with charity.
11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;
27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.
30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
