Prayer for September 12th’ 2022
Good Monday morning, God —thank you!
Rumor has it. Therefore, let me have nothing to do with foolish gossip or controversies as they fuel quarrels. Where there is no wood, the fire goes out. So never spread a false report. Instead, encourage others and build them up. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
20 Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.
23 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
