Sometimes you calm the storm. Other times you let storms rage. Holy Spirit, please help me to always flee before a squall. You have given me enough within to turn away. Your Word promises that you go before me to fight for me —the war is already won. All I have to do is be silent. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
