Daily Prayer for July 14th, 2020
Good morning, God—thank you! 🙂
I am perpetually weak so that I draw closer to you to become increasingly strong. Holy Spirit, please help me keep in the faith. Be more diligent to confirm my calling, as I know; I was made righteous through the blood of your son, Jesus. Thank you, Father! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
39 But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed but of those who have faith and preserve their souls.
10 Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. 11 For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
4 You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
